Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
To start, you can take a look at all the resources in the #archive-ressources channel (look at the pins for a spreadsheet that sums them up.) You can ask questions in #salle-de-classe or #salle-de-classe-fr or have discussions in French in #français-débutant #français or #français-2 Additionally, you can participate in our voice channels, either by speaking or just listening. Moreover, the website Lawless French is full of precious French lessons!

Am i the only one who thinks this standard message could be improved upon? #archive-ressources isnt necessarily the most orderly place to find a good place to start, as the skill level of recourses is not really indicated
En plus, the question was for some advice and a recommendation for a topic to focus on.
I couldn't give much good advise myself, but for what it's worth, i'd like to redirect you to https://www.lawlessfrench.com/learn-french/french-for-beginners/
There are sure to be other "absolute beginner guides french" videos/articles online though.
If seasoned language-learners have some real good tips or know to point to a certain direction to pursure, that would be most definitely appreciated
If youre interested tho, definitely check #archive-ressources (looking up messages containing "beginner") and you can just sort thru it and pick what looks most fun and interesting
