as for why it's "tu m'as moins tué" and not "tu m'as tué moins", it's probably because the adverb ("moins" in this case) has to appear after the conjugated part of the verb, which in this case is "as".

tu me tues moins
vs
tu m'as moins tué

similarly, you'd say "tu as bien parlé" or "il a mal joué"
