The direct object follows the restrictive clause there: « L’opposition … pousse à gouverner au centre … une certaine indifférence … une volonté »

So the translation is:
‘Opposition from the Radicals and the Socialists pushes a certain indifference towards the social question, a willingness to break the international isolation with a Russian alliance, to the centre from which some political options orientated towards economic protectionism comes.’

If you’re having difficulties discerning the main clause remove the commas as they often – though not always – are subordinate clauses
