Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
mouillé is used for things that are saturated or soaking with liquid, whereas humide is used for things that are wet or have moisture, but not necessarily saturated.
sec and sèche are the same word, just masculine and feminine versions. they both mean dry.
