Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Assuming you're talking about countries and regions:
au for masculine places (au Canada)
en for feminine (en France)
aux for plural (aux États-Unis)
NB: en is also for masculine places that start with a vowel, e.g. (en Iran)

Btw: use "dire" for a specific word or phrase. "Parler" is for speaking a language or talking with someone, "dire" is like saying a specific utterance
