The problem with most of the verbs above is that they are irregular or fit in the third group, I guess you should try to memorize them

Yes, you have to memorise most of them

So for example

faire in subjonctif is
je fasse
tu fasses
il / elle / on fasse
vous fassiez
nous fassions
ils fassent

there is no hard and set rule for irregular verbs unfortunatley

but you should know that regular type 1 vers, such as manger dont change in the subjonctif

the last one you got right but spelled wrong, its connaisse

a single s in french surrounded by two vowels is pronounced z, so you need a double ss in order to make the s sound
