Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
it does not work with you example, but sometimes you can use bien:
I did received your mail -> J'ai bien reçu votre mail
For your sentence, you could say "J'ai bien l'argent" but it sounds weird. I wouldn't say that naturally, I would simply say "J'ai l'argent", or use a link word
okok! so in sentences where its used kinda as a negation it wouldnt really translate im assuming
thats fair, pretty specific thing
English just uses "do" for all sorts of stuff
French has similar concepts for certain things but nothing as versatile
