Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

All three would be valid, though using either of the first two technically does not distinguish between the restaurant actually making their pizza on-site or simply reselling pre-made ones (which would be rather shameful for a restaurant but I've seen worse...). If that's a concern, using faire would be the best option out of the three.
