Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

it's generally okay
couple things:

• conseil should probably be plural
• I'd likely throw an indirect object pronoun before donnerais to indicate to whom you're giving advice (although it doesn't sound wrong without it, it makes a bit more sense with it, imo)
• accents aren't optional in French, you need to add  ` to à when it's a preposition
• "au bon moment" feels a bit awkward, but isn't wrong. I feel like "de bonne heure" or simply "tôt"
  would be a a bit more idiomatic
