Both are corrects. But if you answer to his question, a simple "Oui" or "Oui, ça va", or "Oui c'est bien" are also correct.

The very subtle difference between "ici c'est bon" and "ici c'est bien" : "c'est bon" would mean more in this context "that's enough, you don't have to go farer", or that is filling the need ... while "c'est bien" would simple mean yes, that is ok/good/perfect. But both are really similar actually.
