Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
The -ant form? No, falloir, for example, doesn't have one.
Other verbs that cannot form a gerund are pleuvoir and neiger. This is true for all impersonal verbs.
Note that some impersonal verbs also have a personal form, so don't let that confuse you.
