Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
It's the same as "you are" and "are you" in English, the word order can determine whether a sentence is an affirmation or a question
"Vous habitez" is an affirmation : Vous habitez à Paris = You are Living in Paris
"Habitez-vous" is a question :* Habitez-vous à Paris ? = Are you living in Paris ?*
But note that the tone of voice can also signal a question. For instance, "Vous habitez à Paris?" with a rising tone implies a question, even though the word order remains the same as in a statement. I hope I made it clear enough 😅
