Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Parking vs stationnement : this is a regional difference.
In France, “le stationnement” means “the action of parking one’s car” while “le parking” means “the parking lot”.
In Canada, “le stationnement” means “the parking lot”, and possibly also “the action of parking one’s car”.
Une boisson can imply an alcoholic drink, it all depends on context. By itself without context, it just generically means “a drink”. I believe the same applies to “a drink” in English.
