Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Oui dire "nous sommes frères et sœur" est correct mais il me semble qu’on peut dire les deux et que "nous sommes frères" est correct aussi.
