Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
« Comment ça va ? » and « Ça va bien ? » are questions that are answered differently from each other.
« Comment ça va ? » means "How are you doing?", so it's an open-ended question where the asker wants to know how a person is doing.
« Ça va bien ? » means "Are you doing well/fine?", so it's a close-ended question where the asker wants to know if a person is doing well or not.
So, it's not because the word « comment » is dropped, but rather because those are two different questions.
Hope you understood 👍
Otherwise it would be like "How are you doing well?"
