Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
"pas rapport" acts like an adjective, "pas de rapport" is closer to "no relation" and would have to be linked to a verb ("des trucs qui ont pas de rapport")
