for the first underlined bit:
you could use either elle pense or pense-**t-**elle
although I'd tend to use the verb "se dire" here, so "elle se dit" or "se dit-elle"

for the second underlined bit, you need to move the second "les" it goes between the "en" and the present participle of the verb
