se rendre is a pronominal verb which can mean to go

"vous pouvez" is the subject and conjugated verb

"vous rendre" is the infinitive of se rendre but the pronoun has been changed to match the subject

i see that they just translate rendre as make which isn't very helpful, this is why it's useful to use a dictionary and learn grammar
