The issue is more that these time adverbs apply more for the imperfect than the perfect

« Je passe mes vacances chaque année en France » fine
« Je passais mes vacances chaque année en France » great
« J’ai passé mes vacances chaque année en France » huh???

So if you had to change them, you should change them to just one period: chaque année to année dernière, tous les mardis to mardi dernier, etc
