for example i want to respond to somebody asking me ,, Y a-t-il autre chose que je puisse faire pour t'aider aujourd'hui? '' and I want to answer : ,, Non. Ça a été tout "

Generally speaking you can say "c'est tout", not "ça à été touté", there's a case for "tout a été X".

But in your example, you can only say "Non c'est tout" or "Non,ça sera tout", while keeping the original structure.
