"Nous allons bouder, nous aussi" = we're also going to sulk

"nous aussi" emphasizes the fact that someone else is already sulking, so we're going to do some sulking of our own too

It's anaphoric, all of these "nous are referring to the same thing.

This can happen with every pronouns, I believe.

It's probably happening in English too, especially politicians.
