Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
When it means "ne...que", it is placed before the noun it modifies. We don't see that here.
When it has the meaning I gave here, it is generally placed at the start of a sentence or a clause.
