With what exactly would you like help? They're different verb forms. They are formed differently and used to express different things.
I think one of the first constructions typically learned involving them is the "If [this were true (imparfait)] then [this would happen (conditional)]"
Imparfait is formed with the third-person plural root, is often used for actions of unspecified/indeterminate/habitual/repeated duration in the past, can be used for imaginary context in a si clause, etc.
Conditional is often formed with the infinitive, can be used as the result in present tense si clauses, can be used in indirect speech, is used with aimer or vouloir to express a wish/desire or request...
