I'd use '... elle aime faire de la pâtisserie.'

Or just 'pâtisser'.

tbh I wouldn't tend to use faire de la pâtisserie here either b/c pâtisserie is a very specific type of baking that most people don't do at home
I'd say, "faire des gâteaux" instead
