Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
at it's most basic:
tout -> masc singular
tous -> masc plural
toute -> fem singular
toutes -> fem plural
when acting as an adverb, it (generally) defaults to tout (but the rules are quite complicated, unfortunately)
Here's the place to get you started on the topic: https://www.lawlessfrench.com/grammar/tout-toute-tous-toutes/

so when we say
Je vais faire tout mes devoirs
or
Je vais faire tous mes devoirs
Je is singular, but devoir is plural
it has nothing to do with the subject of the sentence, it agrees with the noun it modifies
so devoir?
well, devoirs, plural
so the correct answer is tous
yup
i see ngl its p simple
