Yes.
On undergoes mandatory liaison with the following word, but it does not lose its nasalisation when that happens, as opposed to adjectives like bon which do

Okay, that was what confused me, so it's like "on" is an exception and you generally don't nasalise when there's another vovel after "en" for example, yeah?
