Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
you see where it says "(reflexive)"
that's because the verb is one where the direct or indirect object is the same as the subject
this is the case with a whole swath of French verbs
many French verbs can be used reflexively or not
so you have a verb like "dire" -> to say
je dis X -> I say X
je me dis X -> I say X to myself
some other verbs will change meaning quite a bit when used reflexively
je demande X -> I ask X
je me demande -> I wonder
and yet other verbs can only ever be used reflexively
je me souviens de X -> I remember X
