Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Force can mean a lot of things. One of them is the will, the strength of character, the courage to face something bad, a difficult time or a difficult situation.
So when someone says "Force !" to someone else, they wish them to have the courage and strength to face whatever/whoever they have to deal with.
It's used informally (frérot = bro), mostly among friends.
