Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

The only one I can see is « je la vais quittée » because aller is not an auxiliary verb here like avoir or être. It behaves closer to a semi-auxiliary verb + infinitive like « je veux dormir ». In that case, the pronoun moves to the right because it’s more relevant to « quitter » than « aller »

Well « nous avons travaillé beaucoup » is not exactly right but that’s adverb placement, not conjugation and past participle agreement
