I know á can mean to - I think but I’m some cases á and en mean the same thing that I’ve noticed but idk which to use

so only à exists in French you'll never see á (except maybe in a loanword? regardless it's not an accent used in French)

and à  and en can both mean "to" or "in" depending on the context – prepositions are highly variable between languages and this is a particular case where English and French don't line up well at all
