Sure, you’ll have to suffer a lot since you would be in a foreign country surrounded by a foreign language trying to survive while not knowing anything of that language but hey you wanted best and quickest right?
In all seriousness, there is no best and quickest way to learn a language than interacting with the language itself as Arsenii said.
