Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
"c'est ca" is something i've seen being used as a way of asking for clarification. It basically means "am i right", "right" or "is that right"
je pense ca = I think that (Not the same as je pense que, which is a posh opinion phrase)
the "ca" means "it" or "that" and refers to something mentioned before
i add another meaning, for example if you show something ex:"c'est quoi une voiture?" you show a car picture or a reel car or.. anything with car and you say "c'est ça " est un langage familier, surtout à l'oral. à l'écrit on le trouvera sous la forme "c'est cela" avec les mêmes significations.
