Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
specifically when buying something from a boulangerie, patisserie, etc
Is the futur proche more acceptable because it's not really a request but an intent?
I'm by no means an expert but I'd presume it'd be the same as in English
'I'm going to take two..." sounds pretty impolite compared to conditional
yeah I understand that part
I just saw a native say it in a patisserie so I was wondering how common it was
obviously she thinks it's acceptable

it's more like "i will be buying these" and not "can I please have these"
