Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

that's really rare to see in writing - you might see it in a case where they're explicitly trying to mimic a specific way of speaking, but it's not a thing people would naturally write, especially with the two apostrophes one after another
I'm not a native but that's a simple one to answer lol
J' before consonants you might see occasionally in general, but I rarely see it personally
usually it's more effort to add an extra apostrophe than to just write the word out
