Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
"ça va" would be appropriate. It would mean something like "it's fine"
although adding "très bien" after that sounds a bit weird, as its meaning is quite strong compared to a neutral "ça va".
