Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
so the original formulation is « Le tout est de X (The main thing is X) » but French will often repeat the pronoun to separate the topic from the phrase. So, instead of « Le bruit est insupportable » you often hear, « Le bruit, c’est insupportable »
