Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
They're synonymous really. "Moi c'est..." is more informal, and "je suis [name]" is a bit formal. There's a third option which is neutral (neither formal nor informal), and it's "Je m'appelle.."
