i put 1000 euro in the moe account to cover papers when the pm was offline last night and i didn't know that it was illegal and i will be transferring 1000 euro back into my account and the 400 was to pay for a ship wright scroll thank i will be more transparent in the future with moe funding and if you have any concerns please contact me
