It will be necessary to consider whether there are alternative routes that would require less drastic measures, so feel free to (briefly) argue why the proposed route is the best among any alternatives.

Sorry for the late reply.
I would like to expropriate Junglebrook Inn (687, 904) to clear space for a road to the western part of Unica Island (see Unica Extra Districts layer).
It is the best part as it avoids Zerbis's cultivated forest and link directly to Unica.
The owner is gone since 4+ days and the resident of the plot is also gone 4+ days.

Ok, so there are a couple things worthy of note here:
- The proposed road (red) cuts accross on property
- The property is a fully furnished house/hotel with multiple rooms; while not architecturally impressive, the building itself is sound and looks complete
- The owner (Matt) is also major of the town of Junglebrook, which has a road district (blue) planned as well, however there are no laws associated with it
- There already is an existing path next to the property (green)
While the desire to continue the outer Unica road without introducing a corner is understandable, there are multiple possible road layouts that do not require expropriation, either south or north of the property in question. Thus the request has to be denied at this point, unfortunately.
