Ok after enough revisions, this deserves its own post.

I recently put forth a vote for revision 6 for QOL Laws WT50.6
It now will only tax tree felling and pay for stump destruction on UNOWNED property. As per #white-tiger message
Also, "(Info Only)" was prepended to the section that gives you a chopped tree's maturity so it is clear it is a courtesy notice.
