I feel some stuff should have a "fair practice leeway".

For example the labor WP cost per asphalt concrete is 2.26 euro per item at 50% efficiency.

It would be unrealistic to even consider buying this WP. Since this item sells at 2 euro on average.

How much was it second week labour costs?

As in 40 per 1k

I know it's 50 euro right now

So you want a way to pay less on a work party if the item sells for less that the work party value?

Yes. I like high cost for WP, I just have trouble when the cost is more then the actual item.

Maybe an debate on a acceptable % instead?

For example: 50 euro per 1k... at no more then 80% item market value

Or something that can be agreed on

Then just buy the actual item?

The problem occurs when market can't keep up with demand or people don't produce the item.

In this case. There is none on market

Ask people to make some?

Staring the obvious doesn't change the state of the feedback. I am requesting if it would be an acceptable consideration. What you are mentioning have been done prior to the feedback.

If I was successful in obtaining the concrete roads by regular means I wouldn't be here

The point is to not be able to circumvent the market, this game is about cooperation, not slave work

#

pay people more money for the item, put in a buy order and pay more and tell people you have the buy order or ask them to make some and increase the price

the minimum labor law is working as intended that was long debated
