Hello. In St. Louis, there are two wood shopping carts that cause the planned use of that land to be hauled. One is on what would have been the St. Louis State Housing plot and another is on my own property. Because of limitations, I can remove them on my own. The only way to remove them once they are active is to transfer ownership to someone else so they can turn it off. They dont belong to my settlement so I can transfer their ownership myself from what it looks like. Can the federal government move them or transfer ownership to me so I may move them. One belongs to Kame with the deed called 'Kame's Wood Shop Cart" and the other belongs to alegator with the deed called 'alegator's Wood Shop Cart'. Help with this would be most appreciated as a large service for the local area has been halted for nearly a week now.

Is that not a GM only thing? I tried as PM to repossess vehicles - the mechanic doesnt work because vehicles aren't recognized as part of the settlement (therefore outside jurisdiction). Unless that was fixed?
Idk
I know it didnt work at the town level so figured it was because their citizens are from other settlements
I think if you topple the carts it deactivates the shop. You could always bury the carts in a deep enough hole if that is an issue.
I rather not do that last option
Have you tried contacting the owner?
If it's active you should be able to check the owner of the cart and if he isn't active you might as well call GM interference.
If the PM cant transfer it, it will be a gm thing i can do. Just not trying to jump to that if theres non-gm ways to deal with it
