@topaz grove i just realized you were asking me to write up a proposal for zoning it. I'm not sure how we would zone it other than re-labeling some of the roads which seems pretty tiresome. Anyways...
Roughly from the homestead of Kame over to quicksilver's, I was thinking of running an aquaduct under the shoulder along some of Unica roads and across the federal highway. I will not be running it alongside the federal highway, as Orion said I was allowed to cross the highway, but not run along it. it would also be supplying water to those along that path.
Vertically, the structure of it would be
top: dirt road
middle: empty (water flow)
bottom: brick aqueduct
