Conflicting Law for Clearing Federal Highway

After Shadow and I both talked to the GMs, they will not intervene unless there are substantial measures taken by the government first to get someone from Cedarhill to simply fix the law themselves.

im going to guess the fry we pinged isnt the mayor, as he logged on 12 hours ago

i wasnt online at the time so there was no chance on my end to communicate

quick glance at the law appears to be no changes, but i can drive over there and give it a swing
