I would also like to know who it is, but yes recouping the product either physically or in value (at the time) is perfectly alright with me.
I intend on giving that person negative rep based on the action/intent that they decided to use when stealing. That is all, no harassment or abuse, but just and fair outline of the fact that they stole from another player and that there's consequences for that.

Alright, just to keep you in the loop. The thief is McNukems, trying to see if they will pay you back willingly but they have been offline over a day, basically since the theft afaik. So if they dont respond in a reasonable time we can use an executive action to get that money to you

Ah, I see. Yep, I'm happy with that. At the time of the theft, cement was and still is I believe 2 per.
