Also are we allowed to get bank? I really don't want to have to boat over every time I need to need make a bank account. If I even can make government accounts for a town?

Private banks are allowed so I don't see why you couldn't have a town ran one. You'd just have to put up town money instead

The bank object.. I'm not sure why that's blocked elsewhere
Constitutionally, otherwise, you're only allowed to have up to 5% of money out in loans and if they go delinquent the MoF is in charge of getting the money back

Towns need to buy/craft there own bank as accounts are settlement linked, you cant use another bank to make bank accounts.
