Request for removal of property from infrastructure

This player has claimed and put a structure on top of existing roadway. Although the land of the roadway is unclaimed, it serves as public infrastructure to local inhabitants, as well as a means of travel to and from the adjacent dock for non-locals. The road was pre-existing before the player put the claim down.

In the past it has been acknowledged that any roadway, regardless if it had been zoned as such or not, was considered public infrastructure and was protected as such. I'm requesting that the claim be moved elsewhere.

Correct, infrastructure cannot be claimed per this law. Have you been able to make contact with this person yet?

no, i was offline when they claimed the land, and haven't been online in around 12 hours.

I planned on contacting them if/when i see them online, but since I wanted to float it out to you guys since its just a tent on the road and that usually spells "never logging back in"
