What is going on with highway going south from Unica? It is one large bridge sitting several blocks above the states (70 y level) for roads and is cutting me off from the network.

The highway has been built above lvl70 to maintain navigation of the river for at least the wooden transport ship and to maintain it as level as possible crossing these two sections.

The entire road was lifted off the ground instead of creating two bridges.
There is clearly room to go down to the correct level and then back up

This reduces the amount of ramps which makes sense to me in this case. I always interpreted the 70 height rule just for that (reducing ramp use, although I know there are people that use it more strict than I do)

@pine glacier We just found out that only those with the federal engineer title can do anything at the height so i can not get connected to the highway unless you gave that title out
