I am inquiring about purchasing a piece of abandoned real estate close in proximity to my current property. the one is MuscratHeebovich Property, this would allow me to have road access as i am a beach front property as well as develop the land as it is in a state of disrepair. location is 1340,67,1510.

can you send a screenshot proving they are past 7d offline and one showing what is one the property? please keep in mind that if this is a homestead you will need to get your own land claims to claim the area since homesteads cant be transferred.

Yeah the claim will be removed, if you just plan to build a road, you dont need to claim it but you'll just want to clear all the stuff from where the claim was so it's not looted. It is approved for 75 euro compensation paid to the owner. Please post proof of payment here then contact the local executive to do the removal.

No worries. Yes you get to keep the stuff as you are paying for it (that's what the 75 covers) you just pay the owner by direct transfer (press Y, then there should be a transfer funds button)
