Abandoned account safekeeping act

A lot of euro are sleeping in abandonned account. I propose we put them to use.

I propose that every 24 hours, we transfer the money from abandoned accounts to the PM account (or any not auto-transfer account) and assign the amount to an IOU variable.

If someone becomes active, we check if that person has a IOU greater than 0 and give back the money. We make sure to keep a reserve in the relevant account to be able to pay the money back.

What do you think about that?

Thats very unconstitutional. I also thought abandoned accounts got sucked into the UBI account, is that not happening anymore?

But yeah, that would not amount to that much money anyway

I'd prefer if abandoned kept their ubi. I could print fresh money if needed (from which 10% go to budget) 🤑
